CRUSHED
Heartbreak is one of the most universal human experiences and one of the most misunderstood.
The end of a meaningful relationship can affect our emotions, thoughts, body, concentration, and sense of self. Why does it hurt so much? And what actually helps us recover?
CRUSHED is a four-week group programme that combines insights from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory, and relationship research to help you better understand and navigate heartbreak.
Together, we explore what happens in the brain after loss, rejection, betrayal, or separation, and learn practical, evidence-based strategies that can make the healing process shorter, clearer, and more manageable.
The programme combines psychological insight with practical tools, reflection, and group discussion. Participants are welcome to bring their own questions and experiences into the room.
We place great importance on creating a respectful, confidential, and psychologically safe environment where everyone can participate at their own pace.
